We stand behind the quality of our products, but we know that sometimes a glove doesn’t fit quite right or a bat isn’t your perfect match. That’s why we’ve made our returns process as straightforward as a clean line drive.

Our Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unused and unwashed items within 15 days of your receipt of shipment. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Please Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom gloves (e.g., personalized equipment) or any products that show signs of use, have been altered, or are not in their original condition. This is to protect all our players and families.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Just follow these simple steps to get the process started:

  1. Contact Our Team: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team (made up of real ballplayers who get it) will respond within 24-48 hours with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) and include the original packing slip. Mail your return to:

    Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive the return after you ship it.

Refund Timing and Method

We know you want your funds back quickly so you can get the right gear. Here’s what to expect:

  • Timing: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return.
  • Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship your new item as soon as we process your return. Standard or free shipping will apply based on your new order value.
