We work hard to process and ship your orders quickly so you can get in the game faster!

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please Note:

We ship globally but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather events or customs delays.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products, but we know that sometimes a glove doesn’t fit quite right or a bat isn’t your perfect match. That’s why we gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unused items.

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of shipment.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In their original packaging
  • With all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom gloves (personalized equipment)
  • Any products that show signs of use
  • Items that have been altered
  • Products not in their original condition

This policy protects all our players and families by ensuring everyone receives equipment that meets our quality and safety standards.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Our Team: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team (made up of real ballplayers who get it) will respond within 24-48 hours with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) and include the original packing slip. Mail your return to:

  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive the return after you ship it.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Timing and Method

We know you want your funds back quickly so you can get the right gear. Here’s what to expect:

  • Timing: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return.
  • Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Please Note:

Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we will ship your new item as soon as we process your return. Standard or free shipping will apply based on your new order value.
